William Lewis Jones
Died: Drewsey, Oregon in 1950. He was 106 years old.
William was married
twice, the first wife and two sons died. The second wife was named Elizabeth, and she traveled
with him to the west and settled in Drewsey, Oregon. William was a farmer and trapper. He and
Elizabeth had ten children, one who was my grandfather, Jesse James Jones (named after the
famous outlaw).
Born: Miller County, Missouri, on March 17, 1844.
